The Problem: We have learned that leaders around the world fail for 2 basic reasons:

First, They Burnout. They aren’t leading at a sustainable pace and they often crash and burn.
Second, They Don’t Know What To Do. Often leaders are in areas of leadership that they haven’t been fully trained for, so they struggle with how to lead effectively.
Leader Mundial addresses these two needs by creating Coaching Communities where Leaders are able to journey with other leaders, where they address the symptoms and impact of burnout, and where they’re equipped to lead in a whole new way.

What We Do
Coaching Communities
We provide Coaching Communities all over the world. We have found that through a 4-Day Annual Summit, we’re able to see Leaders impacted and equipped.
Current Summits are held annually in: USA, Ecuador, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Zimbabwe, Burundi
Coaching
Every Leader that engages in our Community receives Coaching. We believe that Coaching is an “Ongoing Conversation” and Leaders are receive coaching, coach together around tables, and coach each other. We are a learning Community.
Training
We provide a holistic, dynamic approach to training, equipping leaders in all aspects of personal and organizational leadership. We follow a simple thematic outline, and use current events, emerging trends and community feedback to address a wide variety of issues leaders face in all cultures.
Resources
Resources are simply defined as “tools that help us be the best we can be.” We provide resources and access to resources to every leader that participates in one of our Communities.
Our Story
Leader Mundial's History
Founded in 2007 by Russ Cline, the first Summit Community was formed in Quito, Ecuador when a group of Leaders and Coaches came together for the first time and formed a Community. We were all amazed by what God did during those days, but also by what He started. Relationships were formed, lives were transformed, everyone was equipped and challenged, and we all realized that we were no longer alone.
What began as a simple Community for men, has now grown into a multi-national movement for men and women, helping to position each of them for Greater Kingdom Impact.
Global Reach
The movement of Leader Mundial is growing. Coaching Communities are emerging around the world. In 2025, we have Communities in the Philippines, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Burundi, Ecuador and the United States.
