Lead On uses 3 tools to provide these things:

First, we do on-site training, consulting and coaching

     We specialize in the following areas:

     •Organizational Development and Strategy

     •Building and Working with Effective Teams

     •Fund Raising and Economic Engine Development 

     •And many other areas of experience and expertise

Second, we provide an on-line Ezine that is sent out monthly.  This is a general leadership resource for leaders around the world.  The first edition launched the end of April, 2009

Third, we are building an e-source portal, which will offer a variety of on-line learning opportunities.  This will launch in the fall of 2009.
