Leader Mundial began in 2006 with a simple purpose:

Let's bring together leaders from around the world and form a community where they will receive training, resources, mentoring and community!  The goal being to help these leaders become more effective in leading and developing their organizations vision, objectives and impact!

In 2007, we had 12 leaders and 12 partners come together to form our first community.  This was a rich time of training, connecting and encouraging each other in all that we had been called to!

With the success of this first Summit, Leader Mundial held another one in 2008 and in 2009.  In 2009, we had 17 Global Leaders, 13 Partners and 5 Coaches involved in the community.

We've emerged and grown over the years, working with leaders from 16 different countries and targeting organizations to assist them in their development.

Leader Mundial has also begun to work with organizations, doing specific leadership development projects that help them equip and train their people, increasing effectiveness and impact.

In May of 2009, Leader Mundial launched a new resource, called the Lead On E-Zine.  You can subscribe to it on our website.

Leader Mundial's purpose continues to be to come alongside leaders and organizations and help to position them for greater, global impact.

Our Leader Mundial Community forms the foundation of our work with leaders, and our partnership with strategic organizations provides us with many opportunities to assist and help others to develop.

July 1st, 2010 will be a significant date in the life of Leader Mundial,Inc. as we officially merge with Extreme Response International.  (www.extremeresponse.org)

Extreme Response has partnered with Leader Mundial since it's inception in 2006, and together, these organizations are merging to create "strategic leverage" which will broaden the base of leaders and organizations impacted through the Leader Mundial model of global leadership development.

Russ Cline, Leader Mundial's founder, helped launch Extreme Response as a humanitarian organization in 2001 along with Jerry & Dawn Carnill, and Russ' wife, Gina.  Extreme Response continues to grow and impact partners and organizations around the world. 

Russ and Leader Mundial will provide each of the Extreme Response partners with opportunities for further coaching, development and resourcing.  This may come through the annual Global Leadership Summit, through the monthly E-Zine, or through our newly developing online coaching program.

Together, these organizations will have a greater impact, a deeper impact and a longer lasting impact.

Extreme Response International will be the global name and brand. Leader Mundial will fall under ER's partner development focus.
