• We do that through our Global Leadership Summit.
• We have selected 13 Global Leaders from around the world. These are leaders with clear vision and passion to impact their countries and regions.
  
• We bring them to Quito to participate in the Global Summit, and while they are here, we match them with a Leadership Partner. A partner is someone with leadership experience in business or ministry. The Partner provides the funding for the leader to attend the summit, and also commits to enter into a relationship with the leader.
• A Training Team is formed from various organizations to provide practical and quality training to the leaders and partners. It's a learning environment!

There's one more piece: When you put these people into a room, something else happens. We call that "combustion" — the energy, creativity, and networking that come out of this summit!

Leader Mundial held their first Global Summit in Quito in February of 2007. This launched a 3-year process with these leaders and partners. We'll gather again in 2008 to take the next step.

Leaders were encouraged, trained and connected. Partners had their eyes opened to the world and opportunities, and the training team had their resources taken and used all over the world.

And... combustion is happening.
